Calls at 04:39 in the morning and then hangs up, probably trying to lure me to return the call.

This number called my Portuguese phone number asking to confirm if I was Carmo Silva, insisted with it which I confirmed, and hung up after it without telling me why the call and how he obtained my number. The man said he was Miguel and was calling from Global something ... is this a Scam or fraud??! Thanks.

I always receive most unknown telephone calls altogether over a 24 hour period and then get nothing for 1-2 weeks. Today at 10.30 am I received a call from a man who with-held his number requesting to speak to me by name and I replied to him not known .He was very rude and did not introduce himself when I asked who is speaking. I had to call them back as I was waiting for an urgent call. They say they are a charity for children with brain damage. I think this is a scam.
