couldn t understand a word they said, company unknown

Caller singing on the other end of the phone. Unsure if a wrong number or not.

Got a telephone call this evening from this number. They didn t give a name of company, but said that they were calling in relation to the recently announced scrappage scheme and were calling everyone in my neighbourhood in order to allocate a fund of ?650,000 accordingly to assist homeowners to make energy efficient improvements to their home. I naturally don t give these companies the time of day - but let the guy give his spiel. Three short questions relating to how old our property was, were our

rung once and they hung up. presumably wanting me to ring back (I won t fall for that!)

Initially made out they were calling on behalf of Vodafone about an early upgrade on my phone but when I asked again if they were Vodafone and I was told they were Future Comms who work alongside Vodafone and the other major networks. I told them no thanks, and ended the call. (Now blocked.) She was very polite though and not pushy.
