This number called our landline today , my husband who is partly deaf answered the phone and couldn't make out with the caller wanted, only that it was a woman with an English voice . this was far from the first time this number called our land line, i have also received calls from this number on my mobile phone , which i have now blocked. This is a scam call.

A company called Motor Investigations telephoned me at 5.58pm on 6th Oct 2016. Supposedly calling regarding a claim in the past 12 months. (I ve not made a claim in the last 12 years!!). I went along with it as far as first and last name, once they asked for my address i said you are Sky you should know this already so I hung up. If it is genuine then i dont think they went about it the right way. If they are not, then i am happy i hung up.

Incoming call at 14:19 18:05:17 as a BT text message It s a poor recorded message, the caller voice is female it states that the call is from the HMRC and advised that you should contact your solicitor or legal advisor and then goes on to threatens legal action if you fail to call back advising not ignore this call. I called back the number after obtaining it from 1471 caller service the caller’s number was 0116-304-0838 which I called back and challenged the validity of the caller who stated he was from

Recorded message told me i can claim for ppi insurence even if i have never had a bank loan seems very unlikely so will not persue.
