I received a call from this number claiming to be calling from a company (don t remember the name of the company) and is calling in relation to an enquiry that I had made online and asked me to confirm DOB and my address for security purposes. Called and offered to stop 100% of private and unknown callers for ?1.90 a month. They had some of our bank details and knowledge of our previous insurance cover of our sky box. Call received from this number at 19.07 on Monday 15th October. When I answered, no-one spoke, there was a lot of background noise and voices and then "they" hung up!

if its not a scam then how did they get my house number and my name as these are protected under the data protection act and i have no debts so why do they keep ringing me and will not give me details ?

When answered at 9.30am on 06/11/21 it was a recorded message which sounded suspect. I immediately ended call (9 seconds)suspecting a scam.

Tried on two occasions to get a better deal at the end of my 24 month contract, not offered anything worth staying for especially after being a customer for 10 + years. I requested PAC via online chat as others did commenting here. Very painful experience, given the hard sell from retention team and then made very awkward to extract PAC number from them. Subsequently they rang me on said number begging for me to return ? Too late! I wouldn?t go back if it was free.
