Female caller, Indian accent, gave name something like Mindy, claimed to be from Talk Talk. Obviously long delays between exchanges, nothing like usual UK call quality.

Recorded message saying I had missed a call from my ISP and will be disconnected. I put the phone the but they probably ask for bank details, an obvious SCAM.
SCAM Recorded message stating they're calling from the National Crime Agency regarding your NI number being used in criminal activity. IGNORE - confirmed on the NCA website these are SCAMS and they'd never call. I have reported to the phishing email on the gov.uk site.
I called the number back got through to a recorded voicemail advising it was not a sales call, it was a market researcher working on behalf of EE - I am an EE customer so seems legit.
This number rings several times a day even though I have asked them not to call again

Guessing nuisance call said was not interested in anything they have to offer went on a bit so put phone down after telling them Not ring again
very dodgy! I have had several missed calls so when I answered a guy with a northern accent asked for myself (although had my maiden name and I have been married for 6years!) then he said he was calling regarding my insurance up for renewal and asked if that was correct... there was something very dodgy about this guy though as he kept repeating himself and was also laughing!!! It is my BB provider and they ask me 2 charaters out of the security question I set up with them and my surname for data protection before discussing my account. I must say the person I spoke to was friendly and actually gave me a discount on my current deal, did not try n sell me more stuff which was good.
