The people on the other end of this phone have confirmed by letter they are delivering me a phone on 23rd August 2012 and that my current phone will be switched off on 26th. Never give any information to an unknown caller, no matter how plausible they sound.

I called them back. Then I hanged up when I heard the familiar sound. "Your call is important for us..."

These unwanted calls from a supposed insurance broker are a distraction and I will block this number. Something should be done to close them down.
