Always ask them security questions, they got the order number correct and I don t know if there is a scam where they say they ll take away the old appliance for free, and then somehow charge you or possibly sign you up for insurance even though you said no, idk. Very aggressive sales call from Vodafone (legit, the number is on their website). Keeps calling back despite me asking them not to. If you are a customer make a formal complaint, it takes 2 minutes using the form on their website. Not a nice way to treat loyal customers.
