This number appears on an email meant to be from Bitdefender auto renewal. With a £109.15 acknowledgment and a fake account number Order 130852058. It actually comes from a gmail address. Please don’t phone it!
Very annoying. Had 3 calls from this number in the bast 2 days. Same person, calling him self Eric. Don t know where they re calling from but extremely annoying.
SPAM and FRAUD - Shane called me today about my telephone line reducing my line rental - he said he could see I also had broadband (I don't). He was not from a telephone company - he should be ashamed of himself how does he (and the rest of the Indian callers) sleep at night. Automated voice claiming that my National Insurance number and bank account have been suspended. It said that I had been involved in criminal activity and that I was compelled by the department to press 1. I didn't press 1. after 5 seconds, the call was cut off.
This number called this morning so called from BT Openreach advising my broadband is reported to being slow. Scam, bogus caller. Caller was of ethnic origin.

The caller says they are from the Royal Mail and that I have a package being held in Central London. They want payment to release it. The cost is minimal but felt like a scam. Asked them to send me an email. On receipt, it definitely looks like a scam. I think if postage is underpaid, you get a note to say so through the mail. I'm marking it as dangerous as my gut tells me this is a phishing attack but I can't confirm.
