The person at this number asked for my wife by name and was asking if she was doing ok after her auto accident (which we know nothing about and haven't had). He identified himself as representing "Motor Assist". If you phone the number, it automatically goes to an automated message claiming to be "Motor Assist" and asks you to leave a message.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. Similar numbers are reported as a telemarketing - sometimes energy companies. Did someone answer any number of this range? Is there any reason why companies use line with shared costs for just ringing you and left no message (other than scam...)? If this was a silent call for you, do not call back for any reason! This call was from EE broadband. I had been on the website and the day later they gave me a call. They couldnt leave a note on the account as i wasnt a customer with them currently. but they directed me to the official ee website where it showed me the numbers that are associated with EE and it was there. I even called the number back and it said we was called today by EE. They also sent me a text from EE also to put me at ease. Really helpful Hull staff and answered all the questions i had about joining. N
