Got a call from this number on my mobile. Said I d been in an accident. No I haven t. I reckon they just dial numbers at random. I say this because only my family know my mobile number and I won t give it out to ANYONE else. They didn t even know my name or where I was from or where the accident happened or what car I was supposed to have been driving or what time of day or the date it was supposed to have happened. The voice was an Indian male and was very persistent talking over me when I told him to take me off their calling list and to stop calling me. Claims to be from Vodafone, they are now calling me twice a day. I told the last one to s*d off and if I hear from them again I m not renewing my contract.

Was pause before anyone spoke.Then they said-"Hi are you ok".The delay said probable call centre to me.I replied" what do you want?" They said-"You ok?" I said "no because you woke me up,what do you want?" They HUNG UP! So obvious charlatan rouge merchants.
Fraud - Indian call centre claiming to be from O2 but hiding behind a UK number as you are more likely to answer it. Offered savings off my bill and free upgrade wanted my details to check and the one time pass code that O2 were going to send me. Its a massive fraud once they have your account info they will go on a spending spree using your details but changing the delivery address. Just hang up or do not answer.
Call dropped as soon as I answered, tried to call the number back only for it to be unavailable/unrecognised. Probably a robot dialer for a nefarious call centre.

Received an abandoned call on 22/03/2023. I called back and they immediately knew my name as they could see my number (despite it being withheld). After much persuasion on my part, they told me they were DIRECT AFFINITY EUROPE and had been given my details by a Hull motor dealer (D.M. Keith) to chase a 'lost sale'. But I had told D.M Keith that my number should never be passed to any third party!
