Call alleging to be from Amazon querying £799 charge to my account which was probably fictitious- request to press 1 - did not do so and rang off. Probably a scam.

They will take your details and sell you Eastern Europeans who then in turn sell you to Albanians who then in turn will sell you to an IVA introducer who will then it turn sell you to an Insolvency Practitioner as a packaged case. Telephone call from 01505 340340 on 3 March, 2023. Recorded message from unidentified "bank" regarding unspecified charges. Option to select number to process call onwards, probably to enable fraud. Obviously terminate telephone call and block number.

phone call from 01270 102970 to home landline at 1645pm 12/01/2023. Caller had foreign accent . Caller said he was from Sky Assurance as our insurance on our TV is about to expire and offered me various deals at various costs to renew. I have never heard of Sky Assurance, and we do NOT currently have any insurance policy covering our TV. When I asked the caller where he was based , he hung up!

Cold calling offering "debt advise", was rude when I said I had not requested these services and told me I must have done it a while ago. Told her I didn't and I didn't appreciate them cold calling me, nor not telling me the name of the company.
