Received a call from 01784279719 on 24/08/2017. Asian sounding male asked to talk about my "Windows" PC. So for fun I asked which one? I m an old nerd and have all between Win 3.1 and Win 10, but I did not tell him that! He says "the one running the Windows operating system". It s obvious he is fishing for info! Guy on phone said he'd come out of an important meeting, was fishing for information about our business wouldn't be specific was trying to get product names, prices, worker names etc.
Tried to scam me by calling my phone and asked for my email address. Then I was told to check my email for a password to allow her to add me to her address list because she allegedly lost her list. When I checked the email message it was a code authorizing to reset my Facebook password, so I did not give the information. This person was even messaging in our native dialect. She avoided talking to me live though when I answered her call the first time, and just sent the message asking for my email.

Usual scam call about a supposed "no fault" accident I d had recently. Strung him along for a minute before I ripped into him. Told him he was a scamming f****ing P*kki b*stard and I was going to rip his head off. After a minute of abuse from me he finally hung up. Don t be afraid to give these scammers as much abuse as possible as there is nothing they can do, and boy, it makes you feel good letting them know you know they re scum scammers!

They said they were Customs and Excise and there was a lawsuit against me and asked to press one to speak to my case worker. It was an automated message. As they did not say who they wanted to speak to, I hung up and checked the number.
