just received a call from 08000232588 caller identified himself as an agent for SKY, knew my current account type and monthly bill, also expiry date for my package tried to offer me a better deal to continue for another twelve mnths when my current package expires, I asked him to call back at amore convenient time. It is my BB provider and they ask me 2 charaters out of the security question I set up with them and my surname for data protection before discussing my account. I must say the person I spoke to was friendly and actually gave me a discount on my current deal, did not try n sell me more stuff which was good.

National Hearing Centre is a cold calling telephone operation with numerous complaints listed against this operation see for example 01274 965666. not bothered that my number is registered with the TPS. failed to disclose the nature of their organisation namely a claims company in the end I simply hung up.
