Lady with Far Eastern accent informed me she was calling from Sky Technical about my broadband. I told her I didn't have Sky broadband and she then said she represented all the other ISP's, Talk Talk Vodafone etc. I then ended the call. Beware!

These ****s call me EVERY day, sometimes twice a day, despite me telling them not tonand asking to have my no. removed from their database. They know Ive made some kind of claim. This number called with message about "every house needs to be done by 2016" plus "we are in your area" last week - some solar panel scam. Didn t answer - the message is recorded on my answerphone. Same message from 01316483485 yesterday - same result. This lot have probably rented fake numbers from a major phone company which offers them on its web site. Some firms offer call centres numbers which give the person called the idea that it is a local call.

SCAM claimed to be from the 'telephone department' with an discount on all phone calls, wants you to confirm your details - he says them (some are correct) also asks if you are a pensioner as you will get more discounts for life becomes angry when you challenge
This number rings me daily in the afternoon. I have never answered or tried to call back as they leave no message....

Just had a call from this number - 01252540329 - no sound then I said Hello and heard the click as it was sent to call centre - The operator (with a foreign accent) said Hello twice, I didn't reply and they hung up. Checked location and its leisure centre. This is probably a cloned number and have barred it.

These numbers +44 8453304800, +44 1132735400 and +44 1132732500 have been calling and pestering me for months now, but I never answered the first time they called me as they made out they were student finance and a part of me believed them as the person whom I spoke to had a Scottish accent, but as soon as they asked me to pay £700 over the phone and of course not online this way there is less evidence that I have paid them and of course I said I didn t have that kind of money can I give it to you tomorrow

To all Do you no all call centre use your phone from virgin Medid. if you on virgin, your on a overseas or in the uk call centre.
Never give any information to an unknown caller, no matter how plausible they sound.

2 silent calls within 2 minutes - no idea who generated calls, number not recognised by BT
Just called my mobile. I didn t answer but checked the number online 01225 282329 to see who they were. Found this website and comments. Called them from a landline, immediately explained to person who answered that I d received a missed call, that I d checked them up online and didn t want any further calls, and to remove my mobile number from their calling list. The man who answered was responsive immediately, polite and asked for my mobile number. Fingers crossed ....
