I've been getting at least 2 calls a day from these numbers that are one digit less than UK mobile numbers. I have let them all ring off, then blocked them but just get slightly different ones every day. Very annoying.
Red Star deals with PPI claims. It is linked to the parent company "The birkdale partnership t: 08435600130" they are also related to sister company "Real time claims t: 01625683005" which is also linked to (parent?) company "Anwin Miller and Bond". Internet Called from BT supposedly trying to tell me that 25 other users on my internet using dodgy website. Spoke to Anna. Sounds like a foreign call centre. Wanted me to install a program so BT engineer could fix the security issue.

Called me claiming to be from Sky, informing me that malicious individuals are trying to hack my router. I played dumb and allowed them to get to the part where they wanted me to install TeamViewer to gain access to my computer. I gave them an earful about preying on vulnerable people, but it will have had zero effect; I just hope I cost them more money in call charges than they were expecting.
