Pretended to be BT & said was an engineer called John Morris phoning about our internet being hacked. Said his number was 0203 239 4138 but when checked on ring back it was 01235264789. Hung up when I asked him to put the problem in writing.

My phone is already registered and I stopped receiving any calls, however I did have an accident nearly three years ago, in the last few months I have been getting these calls. Apparently my details are available on an insurance database available to these companies. Had a call from this number today firstly on my mobile which I managed to reject. It immediately then rang my landline which I didn t answer. Who are these people and how did they get my mobile number? When you ring the number back they don t identify themselves and ask you to leave a message. Sounds very dodgy so be aware.
