Female caller said I d had a bump 3 years ago according to their records which had come up on my insurance renewal. Load of rubbish - I ve not had an accident for over 20 years! Claims to be about an Amazon order of £399 being dispatched tomorrow if no action (press 3) is taken. Obviously a huge scam. I checked my Amazon account just to make sure, no such order has been placed. Tried to ring back on my mobile, disconnected. The call came in on my land line. Beware!!!

Retarded call system means you wait a while to have the "agent" speak to you. Rude staff, the typical rubbish ambulance chasing type.
