They said they were calling regarding a personal matter on behalf on a mutual client but could not tell me any more information until I confirmed by details. Got a call from these, didn't say who they was. Mentioned something about a refund and asked 3 questions regarding my finances and then said okay thank you bye and hung up....

The caller telephone seller with the number 03333440290 called me 3 times today and I didn?t answer the call because I didn?t know the number.

Just spoken to O2 regarding this number and the calls my wife had been getting. They confirmed that the number does belong to O2 and is not a scam, it is their Customer Research (for want of a better description) calling to ensure she was getting the right deal for her and to see if she wanted to upgrade, so I suppose they re Market Research/Sales. Perfectly safe to answer. If in doubt, just don t give answers to questions you feel uncomfortable about.
