Caller claimed to be from Talktalk legal dept in London, despite being Birmingham number. Said they needed to connect me to their server to investigate illegal access from abroad. Tried to talk me through downloading Teamviewer and give him the ID and password! Rang off when I said I would report to police.

Not a UK number format. Unlikely to be identified on here, unless someone else has received the same call and answered it to find out. Nigerian mobiles have this number format.

Kept calling me and when I finally answered, he started trying to ask me questions about who I was banking with. I refused to tell him as I was unsure of his intentions. He then stated my postcode, which was correct, and said he would send some information in the post. called me after 9pm. Didn t recognise the number and they didn t leave a message but they ve phoned before so I wanted them to go away so I called it back with my mobile number withheld. Message after I dialled the number you have dialled has been disabled , so whatever company is behind it it is operating illegally. Do not answer.

The company is known as go4ukloans , they call you to tell you that you have been approved for loan that does not exist as they are not loan company but bunch of people who scam people to take money of them. They will ask you to make the first payment of your loan for the loan to be sent in your bank. Don t believe them. Don t send them any money !!
