This number keeps calling my elderly mother pretending its about a loan she had. They keep providing her with info like date of birth, asking her to confirm expecting her to provide the correct one. When I ring this number it says it is an old number. My 11 year old was with her when they last called and he said they were very pushy and kept asking her to confirm bank details.

I got a call asking if I have had an accident that wasn't my fault, I said yes in 1965 and they hung up, I wonder why?

I am posting my comments on the company who own this number, not because they have been calling me but because they sent me a brochure for 30 days free trial on holidays. Anon, Myrtle s comment is correct at that date. It is, or was, a technical help number for out of warranty BT phones. Bit cheeky of them to use a premium rate number, though.
