Call from Indian Call Centre to house phone. Caller refused to give name and asked general questions. I cut him off and told him the call was being monitored and recorded. Phone went dead immediately ! !

These people started calling our new business before we even advertised, just from the directory entry that Xln (our phone and internet provider) had kindly entered us into. They start off, if they talk, by making out they are official, telling you that they need the meter number as it has flagged up on their system as out of contract. I am posting my comments on the company who own this number, not because they have been calling me but because they sent me a brochure for 30 days free trial on holidays. The enclosed letter stated that if I did not cancel within the 30 days ?99.99 would be debited from my account for the annual membership. When I was originally called regarding this I as told that they were sending this out to me and that if I didnt want it I could "put it in the bin". Had a call from this number claimed to be an seo company from Brighton, as it happened I has my Google Analytics account open and saw the hit on my website from Lahore Pakistan a minute before, I asked for his address in Brighton when he denied it, which he gave me, on google street view it turned out to be an estate agents shop, dont trust them they are liars, and Im guessing all the positive comments have been written by themselves
