Stop phoning me - I was not hurt, but it is getting to the point where perhaps I should claim just to stop these calls. Two bleeding years I have been fending off these damned nuisance calls.

This number called this morning so called from BT Openreach advising my broadband is reported to being slow. Scam, bogus caller. Caller was of ethnic origin.
Strange - got a call from this number which I answered. It was silent at first then after a few seconds I could hear background noise then it cut off. Called back from a separate withheld number and just get a message that says Thank you. Press 1 to remove your number then hangs up, so none the wiser as to who it is or why they called.

He was not from a telephone company - he should be ashamed of himself how does he (and the rest of the Indian callers) sleep at night. Scam call from HMRC. Caller message is in an American accent and when you call back its an offshore rather than UK dial tone and they answer as HMRC - clearly a scam of some sort and not a very convincing one. Caller blocked but beware!!!
