Another one of those Car Accident Claim Crap! I love the way they ask their questions in a leading manner. I.E. "You were involved in a car accident, is that rright". Seriously!!!! Are they not meant to know before calling? Next time I think I ll say yes and lead them down the garden path! Anyway, don t answer; they re dodgy!

I used to work for Stellar (temporary after redundancy). It was an awful job that paid minimum wage with no bonus. One thing I can say about them is they are genuine partners of BT which you can see at bt.com/partners. The agents that call you have all received training of a higher standard than BT agents as they wish to protect their contracts and we actually did genuinely want our customers to get a better deal. Yes we can check who you are currently with, but it takes time so it s easier just to ask. Sor

This company are persistent, they use different telephone numbers to call you, Accident claim company, I answered the first few half dozen calls, and expressed I had no interest...

Vanquis Bank are sneaky and use lots of different telephone numbers to trick you into answering. For your convenience, I have listed many of the telephone numbers that they use below. If you answer calls from these numbers you may be charged for Debt Management so buy a BT8500 and stop all of these calls easily. I had my details sold by Car Phone Warehouse, after buying phones....... told ICO hope someone does something as in their terms and conditions there is wording relating to this, but no opt in or opt out..... it s just wrong, I pay for a service, a phone and then they sell my details on.... why .... never ever have I had such texts/ calls as I do now all within a day of purchasing something from their site...

I get, on average, 2 calls a day from this number. Never rings for long, and never leaves a message. Maybe scam!

Call received from this number at 19.07 on Monday 15th October. When I answered, no-one spoke, there was a lot of background noise and voices and then "they" hung up!
