Caller said there was a problem with the computer and that we should log in and they would help. I Questioned him about his phone number and address where he was located and he started shouting that I should end call or log into computer. unsolicited automated call to take part in survey. Registered not to receive any call unless emergency from bank and on TPS so not very good ad for Natwest or TPS. Natwest should take responsibility and STOP these unsolicited calls
Called up at 7pm. Told my life insurance was awful And how it wasn t the right one for me. After what can only be described as border line bullying I went to speak to one of there "qualified" advisors. Turned out it was some wise boy who tried to make me spend more than I was already paying for less cover. Complete waste of time I d avoid using them at all costs.

They called me yesterday saying I was paying too much for my TV insurance and I replied I do not have a TV insurance and I am not stupid. They hung up. 'Lady' called to say she was from VISA & my card subject to misuse with total £1400 being taken (?) & to "Press 1" to speak to someone there to prevent funds being taken. Seems like a scam, so I rang the number direct & got through to someone who just slammed phone down. Fishy !!

I received call, no one answered, once showing +44 1312086419 and twice private number, searched and was informed it is a scammer landline number.
Repeated calls to my mobile which have been left unanswered and show as missed call . On the one occasion it was answered, I was offered a free electical assessment which I declined and asked that I would be taken off their call list
