Just took a call from 0121 799 0228 said they were from the Department of Budget and Spending Analysis stating that they were acting on behalf of the government in making people...

Called to say that I ve recently been in a car accident! (No I haven t). I hung up

Robot voice pretending to be from BT, saying we have detected malicious activity on your IP address. Strange, as I aren t with BT, and ironic, as the call is a scam itself.

Caller claimed to be from CAB. Asked if I was OK and hung up when I said yes I was.

They kept ringing, then hanging up. But not straight away, ring straight back and they reject the call

This number called me today saying they were from Amazon when I thought it was a scam call I hung up and blocked it, it then rang twice more from different numbers which I also blocked, it hasn't called since so I now know it was a scam call so beware.

Unknown caller no message, never called before how did they get my number?
