I received a call from Chase Alexander from telephone number 07509701173. The guy had a Liverpool accent and stated I had had a road traffic road which is incorrect. They rang me a couple of times today. I could also hear laughing in the background, not professional and a very bad line. It s clearly a scam.

SCAM Claims to be from O2 and sends texts messages during the call requesting that you tell the caller the code that is in the message for a 40% discount. An obvious scam, reported to NCSC and O2 as it looks like they’re trying to scam users into giving O2 account passcodes which is fraud. Kept her talking long enough for her to become quite rude and call me a liar, I’m not even with O2 so not sure why they’d target me, certainly not an O2 employee anyway.

This number called me today saying they were from Amazon when I thought it was a scam call I hung up and blocked it, it then rang twice more from different numbers which I also blocked, it hasn't called since so I now know it was a scam call so beware.
Ambulance Chasers Calling about an accident 18 months ago. They said that it was possible to claim compensation without providing evidence to back it up (money for nothing) etc.... I had this number, and all i do is turn my landline on silent and only use it as a one way call, and if someone gives you a rough time of calling you, you will see the light go on when they are calling or use the landline as a one way, calling out and your mobile to take calls, you can get phones that block numbers, and only let the ones you want through. Incoming call. "This is HMRC. Fraud has been committed in your name. Press 1 to be connected. If you do not, you will be arrested shortly" or words to that effect. If you don't press 1, nothing happens and then you get cut off. This seems like a fraudsters way of weeding out the less gullible who will merely waste their time challenging their BS.
