Cold called today from this number saying they were given our road traffic accident details by NFU to settle the remainder of money owed to me under a Discomfort payment, even though there was no personal injuries in the accident. Even though I asked the lady why NFU would instruct them to call me to say I am owed money when our claim was completely settled is totally absurd, she continued to say no we are entitled to between £3k-4k as the claim threshold of £350 was exceeded. I don't know where they got this information from or who made it but it was completely false and fraudulent so slightly worried now.
