Received a call today 21.6.22 at 13:15. Recorded message purporting to be Visa regarding to possible acts of fraud against my debit card. 1 x £1000 and 1 x £300. Immediately suspected a scam, pressed to speak to an adviser and decided once more to play along. Male with foreign accent, as usual acting as if I had called in. Claiming my life Insurance has run out. Several calls have been received about this subject from different areas of the Country including Wales and Coventry.

Called me in Portugal saying I had shown interest in their Swiss finance company. I asked where they got my number they said I had given it to them. I said I had not and they got cross with me saying where did they get the number from then?

Claimed to be from reputable finance institution with loud dance music playing in the background, wanted to make sure I got back money I had invested, some nonsense about block-chain, called him out as a fraud and he said the music was because it was Friday afternoon! Utter BS! He started talking nonsense and generally being cheeky so I asked him to remove my number from his database, advised he would, asked if the music was loud enough for me etc, told him call wasn't costing me anything, he hung up, CLOWN

This number calls claiming to be from HMRC, they say they have discrepancies in your tax return and your national insurance number will be suspended if they are not correct. At this point I hung up.

This number was supposed to be a dedicated customer service text service for Flawless Cosmetics. I made an order on 9th Feb 2022,paid by credit card and a couple of days later I received an email to say the order was on its way. Its 4th March and still no product. I texted the number to ask where my order was. The reply was "Arriving soon". I asked "when". No response. i left it a couple of days and asked again. The reply was "soon". Im still waiting. Ha
