Seems to be some call centre calling with fake PPI claims/ Industrial accidents/ worked in a noise environment, they have some database of phone numbers with basic details and then they just try, asking about accidents you have had (should have..) in the past, but it was nonsense in my case. I sarcastically asked when this was and he confidently said August 2015 (I, luckily, have had no accidents) When I told him this he sounded confused before cutting the line.
