sent email followed up by phone call seeking bank info and whilst not providing this spolke to my Bank who confirmed it was a scam effort
The caller says they are from the Royal Mail and that I have a package being held in Central London. They want payment to release it. The cost is minimal but felt like a scam. Asked them to send me an email. On receipt, it definitely looks like a scam. I think if postage is underpaid, you get a note to say so through the mail. I'm marking it as dangerous as my gut tells me this is a phishing attack but I can't confirm.
