SCAM / SPAM left a voicemail which was an automated voice saying my Amazon Prime account had been compromised, £350 had been charged to my account, press one to block the charge. I don't have an Amazon Prime account.

I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. Have reported them but bank cannot trace money as it was a direct transfer. I have attempted to contact the kylefiles because he investigates rogue traders. SCAM / SPAM accident company, never answer any calls if you are not sure, cgeck them first online and block them, they have a new tacktic how to get your phone number, usually through your advert on gumtree, if you put an advert and want to sell something and you will put your phone number then they will call you straight away, so don't put your number, even if you don't show your numver on gumtree they will message you through gumtree saying they are interested in your item and ask for your phone number, s

Just spoken to O2 regarding this number and the calls my wife had been getting. They confirmed that the number does belong to O2 and is not a scam, it is their Customer Research (for want of a better description) calling to ensure she was getting the right deal for her and to see if she wanted to upgrade, so I suppose they re Market Research/Sales. Perfectly safe to answer. If in doubt, just don t give answers to questions you feel uncomfortable about.
