This number seems to be used by some call centre - I can see very similar numbers reported, all the same range - 28958324xx - just with last digits different, which is a common thing - they use a range of similar numbers. They are reported with different scope, but mostly call centres work for multiple clients. l just dont like to unswer unknown numbers. They call early morning，midday and late afternoon like 7pm and that is everyday. They dont leave a message to identify who they are.
I don't know why but this Robert troop must give my number online, changed his own a digit now daily get phone calls for this Robert troop, iv added over 200 numbers to auto reject list now, they stop for a little while then all of a sudden get a large spate of these calls, being accident ones, insurance ones etc ppi, this number asked for the above name I said this is a wrong number that don't belong, before I Finnished hung up on me
