I keep telling them my landlord is responsible and I have nothing to do with the utilities account and they say ok we will take you off the list, but I am received calls every 30 mins from similar numbers with a Blackpool area code. Fraud I was phoned from a number (07868714968), an automated message stated that my national insurance number was linked with criminal activity and will be suspected, press 1 to speak to an officer or be arrested... (not the exact wording). I did not press 1, stayed on the call, and it disconnected a few seconds later.

Several missed calls from this number, finally picked up and they wanted to to to sell me car insurance for Call Connections or something like that. When I told them I wasn t interested and asked for them to drop my number they just hung up!
rang me on my mobile told me my name, stated he was from an unaudiable ins company. Told me my address AND car registration No. Said I ahd been in an accident and was earmarked £1000. I told him I had not been in accident, asked who he was and his company, he hung up.
