The business directory phones my office about 6 times a day. Most of the time they wait until I answer before they simply hang up. Other times they ask for my company details. I have had 2 phone calls yesterday and today but when I answer it it goes silent. Its a nuisance.
So far in the past week I have had 13 calls from these people. Thankfully I have a CPR Call Blocker fitted on my phone line, so now I don t even hear the phone ring. They do seem to be very persistent though. Hopefully they will realise soon they aren t going to get anywhere with my number and give up.

I have had so so many calls from this PPI company I have lost count. I have worked in call centres before and know that legally if someone asks to be removed from the list, then you must ensure their number is removed, and yet they don t seem to do this.
Recorded message threatening large debit from bank account (£700). Amazon mentioned in call. Almost certainly a scam. Actual number 07448-410-752.
Yet another *silent* call, Ofcom needs to crack down on these annoying scam artists!
