I also got scammed paid 254 and the date got cancelled. I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. This number has called me today 08/11/2018 for 5 times between 10.56 to 12.44 UK time but because I blocked any number started the code +441, it is all rejected.

Sounds really bad, but a friend told me to swear at them profusely, then they say if you continue we will have to hang up... So far it's worked.

capquest rang saturday morn 9:15 and off another number with the same code on monday, i haven?t even had a letter or email to tell me about my complaint case being passed to them instead of dealt with as expected.
