Yep, same thing happened to me. One number out of an influx of numbers calling me and hanging up - scamming Paki bastards in scam call-centres routing their calls through unused UK phone numbers to pretend that they're legitimate companies to try and fish for your personal details and use them for fraud. I wish these filthy Paki bastards would just fuck off and die!

Rang numerous times to here, when answered there is a long silence, when a voice does enter the equation they were very rude to me and shouted down the phone why I wasnt listening.
As other companies very shirty gobs**** going on about our utilities and saying he wanted to speak to the M.D (acted like they knew him) as i had been most un-helpful.

I keep getting calls off these scumbags not answered so haven t a clue who they are. I have an ex directory number that only family members have so am pretty sure where these scum got my number from as I rang an indian take-away the night before the 1st call started so looks to me the number has been sold on to them, now also getting calls from Sydney. Very bubbly sounding lady called Leslie, on a terrible line, called from this number. Claimed to be from some kind of insurance company, said the information had come from the "Road Traffic Accident Commission" or similar. Apparently I was in an accident that wasn t my fault. After asking her to repeat her company name, and pointing out that I hadn t had an accident, she hung up on me.
