I have emailed nicky frequently and had no response and when I called they told me I will not get a refund and I could call trading standards as il nowhere. Had a call from this number claimed to be an seo company from Brighton, as it happened I has my Google Analytics account open and saw the hit on my website from Lahore Pakistan a minute before, I asked for his address in Brighton when he denied it, which he gave me, on google street view it turned out to be an estate agents shop, dont trust them they are liars, and Im guessing all the positive comments have been written by themselves

When I tried to call back I got the ‘this number is no longer in service’ message, so I’m assuming it’s a scam

Just spoken to O2 regarding this number and the calls my wife had been getting. They confirmed that the number does belong to O2 and is not a scam, it is their Customer Research (for want of a better description) calling to ensure she was getting the right deal for her and to see if she wanted to upgrade, so I suppose they re Market Research/Sales. Perfectly safe to answer. If in doubt, just don t give answers to questions you feel uncomfortable about.
