Also OpenReach wouldn't call me because they are not responsible for routers in houses, this is BT, they and OpenReach are 2 different companies now.

"BHQ" asked if I'd read their letter about "a test". Turned out to be an energy saving claim, probably wall insulation but I didn't wait to find out.
