Alleged to be a number dealing with BT problems with scammimg emails/broadband, but when I asked for details of the address to verify their information they gave the wrong/incorrect address for me, which showed they were not from BT.

I said "Mumble that again in English." he said, "pardon, So I said very slowly and deliberately as if talking to a two year old "Mumble that again in English." He then put the phone down.
