I Got the call twice from this number to my mobile phone within a week. First time its disconnected as soon as I picked the call. Second time someone spoke with me and verified my name by telling the name correctly and asking that have I met with a road accident and claiming. I have replied my name is correct but I didn t met any accident and applying claims. Definitely a scam. BT, Openreach, TalkTalk, Virgin etc., will never call you about a technical issue unless you contact them.
