They had my name but stopped speaking mid-sentence before they said where they were from and then hung up. I heard call centre noise after they stopped speaking.

I was getting calls from this number daily. I blocked it and then started getting calls from 0121 389 0867. This is blocked and suspect it ll switch to another very similar number. Just keep blocking.

Incoming call at 14:19 18:05:17 as a BT text message It s a poor recorded message, the caller voice is female it states that the call is from the HMRC and advised that you should contact your solicitor or legal advisor and then goes on to threatens legal action if you fail to call back advising not ignore this call. I called back the number after obtaining it from 1471 caller service the caller’s number was 0116-304-0838 which I called back and challenged the validity of the caller who stated he was from

I had to call them back as I was waiting for an urgent call. They say they are a charity for children with brain damage. I think this is a scam.

I did buy an engine back in 2013 from enginestoyou who did deliver an engine but it was the wrong one. After i informed them they came and collected it but failed to refund me or send me a replacement engine. I chased them through email and phone but they would simply ignore everything. I did contact my bank and various other bodies but no success. They were no where to be found. It angers me how they have managed to rip people off and get away with it so easily. Indian/Pakistani sounding clearly calling from a call centre not in the U.K. as he had me on speaker phone and could hear him speaking with someone else as I answered the call. He asked for someone I don’t know. I told him I didn’t know the person and he got rude and aggressive with me before hanging up. I’ve blocked the number.

He asked me what I meant? I said that if he was saying I had an accident , he must have some information on me and in that case, I had a right to know the source. He said " we help people , that s what we do" then he hung up - very helpful!!
