Had 2 calls, including on my mobile after purchasing an electrical appliance. Thankfully I had read the earlier reviews and ignored the calls. As others have said, went with Boots as they normally have good customer service, but for this they should be ashamed of themselves & disassociate themselves from this company/practice. Middle East Asian guy with a very thick accent call saying he was from the nation grid... This is not the first time. They called roughly this time last year, they would not stop calling my phone for a good few days... Absolutely Bellends....

Received a phone call saying that he worked for windows and that a large number of logged reports of potential threats to my computer had been received by them and they were phoning to try and sort it out. Like the person before he gained access to my computer and said that windows defender was out of date and needed to be updated at a cost of £150. Total scam - do not even speak to these people.

Line for shared costs, there are more similar numbers reported (just last 2 or 3 digits alternated) - so I assume this should be the same call centre. This seems to be some good working money trap, similar numbers are reported as robocalls, fake wins, scam offers (in most cases some financial offers). For sure some general call centre. I recommend to block the whole 8432632xxx range... People did someone answer this number?
