I live in the 01978 area code and I ve found any numbers that start 638 in my STD code area to be spam and other untrustworthy calls so I block all these numbers. 638868 has called 4 times today. All calls were left unanswered as my phone was on silent. Indian sounding male with very broken English. After the fourth time of asking I finally managed to decipher that he said he was calling from BT Openreach. When I said 'OK I understand now' there was a long pause as if he didn't know what to say next. I could hear someone in the background also saying 'This is BT Openreach'.
