The people on the other end of this phone have confirmed by letter they are delivering me a phone on 23rd August 2012 and that my current phone will be switched off on 26th. I am now receiving phone calls telling me I am entitled to a free upgrade and cheaper phone rate. I have told them several times now over five days that this is already sorted and I am now still receiving phone calls. Checked on Google and found this number rated highly in range of nuisance calls. Have been plagued with nuisance calls from various sources - most with withheld or unavailable numbers in spite of TPS. It is ironic that you have to pay to prevent these law-breakers.

They conned me out of £50. Bank fraud people investigating. Feel sick.....

this number called @ 12.20 but hung up when answer machine kicked in.

This is a new, and weird, one for me. Called my landline but disconnected when I picked up (now they know this is a live number,,,damn!!). No message left so I'll never know if I have been left millions of pounds from an unknown benefactor who needs me to handle his money, for a small fee, to help them evade paying local taxes or being claimed by a fictional Government department.

Identified as Your Mortgage Review Intimidating mature lady caller encouraging me to change my mortgage to one with a lesser interest rate given that we re in a climate of low interest rates.. Phoned today at 11 a.m. Didn't get to the phone in time to answer and no message left so I suspect it is some cold caller or scammer. Any legit.caller would leave a message.

If they ring one more time I m getting a solicitor

The caller gave this number saying they were from Google about my entry on google maps and that they were going to help me fix the problem I had to get customers to find me. There s nothing wrong with my entry. So I played along and when asked for my name said it was George Bush. Apparently I should get a call back later today as I said I was too busy. Beware, this is just usual scam.

Answered and could hear movement and breathing type noises but no one spoke, after I said hello a second time they hung up

This number keeps calling my elderly mother pretending its about a loan she had. They keep providing her with info like date of birth, asking her to confirm expecting her to provide the correct one. When I ring this number it says it is an old number. My 11 year old was with her when they last called and he said they were very pushy and kept asking her to confirm bank details.

Kept calling me and when I finally answered, he started trying to ask me questions about who I was banking with. I refused to tell him as I was unsure of his intentions. He then stated my postcode, which was correct, and said he would send some information in the post. I proceeded to tell him the call was not relevant to me and that i didn t want to be contacted again.
