A scam call informing me they were from Amazon and informed me about prime membership and to press button 1 to cancel membership or press 2 for information done neither and replaced phone

After all the complaints, it beggars belief that these scammers are still using the same phone number and not been arrested. We are a computer repair business and have 2 telephone lines. Got a call on line 1 from the scammer (Asian male) who announce that my computer had problems!!! He was told in no uncertain terms to do something rather harmful to himself. I ALWAYS report EVERY Scam e mail and phone call to every agency who covers this-YET they continue! This company have now rang me a total of 17 times in the past two weeks. I don t know who they are but the company cannot be professional whatsoever if they constantly call people who are clearly busy and have better things to be getting on with. 100% recommend you do not answer the phone to them and block the caller.
