As above an Indian chap who said that his name was Jasper, we sometimes get called 20 times a day, he says that he is from Microsoft calling as they have noticed some issues with my operating system. I let him go on for a while, he wanted me to sign in and let him take control of my pc, I then said that I was a licensed Microsoft engineer and the line went dead immediately.

I asked where my data was procured from they didn't know and gave stupid answers like 'the government'. asked for manager, hung up on me, got through to a manager after trying again, the manager hung up when I asked for a company registration number to raise a complaint with the relevant agencies...
