Received a call, foreign voice said ringing about accident I d had. They managed to get my name, address and accident details and sent me an email which they wanted me to open and click on the attachment to provide authority for them to send out documents for me to claim compensation. I told them I didn t need to claim compensation as only very minor whip lash, however they were very insistent saying that didn t matter and I was entitled to £3000 compensation. These people are posing as Microsoft staff to exercise telephone scams to European Union countries. They ask you to perform some operations with the keyboard and they take over your PC blocking it and asking you to enter money into an account. Great care

left message on mobile claiming to be amazon checking on large purchase made from account wanting me to contact with authorisation code- called them back several times - from diff telephone no, and from withheld no, they kept hanging up on me when they realised I hadnt been taken in by their scam.. so i kept on calling them back - just to annoy them.. got to the point they hung up. knew was scam as same person answered the phone every time, anyone whos phone amazon , knows you NEVER get the same person :D

Telemarketer who would not accept that I was not interested in call. In the end had to put phone down and he tried to ring back twice, I then blocked the number from calling my phone.
