Latest incarnation of persistent cold calling from this Belfast based company. This time they are trying to flog VMWare. As usual, MO involves 2-3 calls daily with no chance of removal from their lists - they say the will but never do.

Caller offered free insulation and claimed to be a Govenment Advisor she was very coy when I asked if they were a Government Agency though truthfully answered no. This was the second time they have called and I am registered with the TPS and asked them to take me off their marketing list the first time.

After all the complaints, it beggars belief that these scammers are still using the same phone number and not been arrested. We are a computer repair business and have 2 telephone lines. Got a call on line 1 from the scammer (Asian male) who announce that my computer had problems!!! He was told in no uncertain terms to do something rather harmful to himself. Received call from this number claiming to be "The Preservation Advisory Service", saying that an article in the Telegraph had highlighted how additional home insulation could reduce air quality and that they offered a free air quality measurement service. When I asked which company he worked for, he said his manager would tell me after I had arranged a visit from them. I pushed for this and he hung up.
