Missed call on my mobile from 02074962240 came up as the call being made from Trafalgar Square in London, but as the phone being registered to Caledonian Forestry Services Ltd, based in Perthshire, Scotland. I live in Birmingham. Can't think why they would call me, if it genuinely belongs to that company. Very strange!

I was called from this number 6/3/21, saying my computer has been hacked. I told him this call was being recorded by Merseyside police (white lie), he told me to put on my computer and tried to tell me to look for icons/apps (not sure). SCAM - keep getting numerous calls everyday from this number and other numbers starting 0203 789 6xxx. They purport to be from Car Phone Warehouse and are ringing to improve my deal and upgrade my phone. When I ask them where they got my details from they say they are working in collaboration with my current provider. When I ask for verification, they change the subject and don't know anything about my current arrangements. Call the number back and the line is dead sol assume it is masked. AVOID
Call claimed to be from cavity wall insulation company suggesting they are surveying houses to remove insulation where it is causing damp. They asked vague questions I.e “Are you the home owner?”. When I asked a question response didn’t match my question or make sense as a response.
