I have had so so many calls from this PPI company I have lost count. I have worked in call centres before and know that legally if someone asks to be removed from the list, then you must ensure their number is removed, and yet they don t seem to do this.

Steve Star from some company offering legal advice and help. Asked if I d had an accident in the last 2.5 years or if someone in the family had. I asked him for the source of the information on me. He asked me what I meant? I said that if he was saying I had an accident , he must have some information on me and in that case, I had a right to know the source. He said " we help people , that s what we do" then he hung up - very helpful!!

This number called our landline today , my husband who is partly deaf answered the phone and couldn't make out with the caller wanted, only that it was a woman with an English voice . this was far from the first time this number called our land line, i have also received calls from this number on my mobile phone , which i have now blocked. This number called me this morning. I did a 1741. Not knowing the number, I looked it up on line and find it is a scam sight. Surely the phone company knowns who this is?
Recorded message saying "This is a call from the Future Planning Team. This is not an important call." It carried on but I hung up and blocked the number.
